If you suffer from chronic low back or neck pain, have a sedentary lifestyle, and dont have much time to exercise-this application is for you! It contains, 15-Corrective Exercise Videos. Each takes only 60-seconds to perform. The exercises are designed to improve your Posture, Gait (how you walk), Functional Mobility, and Strength.

Geeta Singh, MSPT designed this application. She is a physical therapist with 24 years of clinical experience treating numerous patients with neck and low back pain issues. Geeta herself has suffered from chronic musculoskeletal pain for the past 15 years due to a number of injuries. The videos are evidence and clinically based exercise programs that have had positive outcomes in reducing not only Geetas pain, but also that of her patients.

For this program to be really effective you need to perform the exercises on a consistent, daily basis. Start with just 3 exercises/day- thats only 3 minutes! Slowly, increase to 15 exercises/day. Take breaks from whatever you may be doing, to perform a 60-second exercise here and there. Repeat the ones that you feel are beneficial several times/day.
